We can provide you almost any LED model for ORCAD/CADENCE/PSPICE. If we don't have it we can make the model in 2-3 days.
The models can have 3 different complexities, based on the customer requests.

The LED model only taking care of the V-I curve, an the luminous output flux.

The LED model as before, but considering the voltage BIN

The complete LED model, considering also the the effect of the temperature, based in the ambient temperature and the thermal resistance to the ambient.
All the parameters of the LEDs can be modified easily, by only changing the parameters during the simulation. You will can make parametric analysis at different temperatures, with different thermal resistances and with differents BINs.
All the LEDs include a third pin wich will provide the luminous output flux.
We also can provide full custom models for the LED's, making the model with all the specific requeriments that our customers request.
